A name or location entered in a search box is sent to the independent provider that operates the tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.

Email or contact-form content is retained as needed to answer the sender. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Links lead to Brazos County release records, Sheriff and TDCJ pages, government portals, and outside search services. Once a visitor leaves, the destination’s privacy notice governs its collection and use.
Advertising partners may track activity across different sites for interest-based advertising. That processing occurs on their systems under their policies.
Parties That May Receive Data
Personal information is not sold. It may be received by search partners processing a query, analytics providers, advertising networks, and law-enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order.

Reasonable standard safeguards are used, but no internet-connected system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. This notice does not promise breach-proof storage or communication.
Visitors Under Eighteen
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may use the Contacts page to request deletion if a minor submitted information.
Privacy Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law and the ability to verify the requester, a person may ask for a copy of personal data held, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or an opt-out from certain processing. Requests can be sent through Contacts. Texas Government Code chapter 552 governs public records held by government offices, but it does not turn this private site into the custodian of Brazos County records.
Changes to This Notice
This notice may be revised as practices or legal duties change. A new version takes effect when posted here with an updated effective date.
